Before processing, we need to have a clear understanding of many precautions to avoid having many unclear points during the later processing. After understanding them clearly, it can better help us work, reduce the occurrence of malfunction problems, and ensure the quality of the products. All these are closely related to the matters we need to pay attention to. So now let's take a look at what matters need to be noted when processing precision parts?
1. Before the machine starts working, check whether the moving parts have been lubricated with oil. Then start the machine and check if the clutch and brake are functioning properly. Let the machine idle for 1 to 3 minutes. Do not operate the machine if there is any malfunction.
2. When working, maintain the correct posture and have sufficient energy to handle the work. If you feel unwell, leave your post immediately and report it to your supervisor. When operating, one must be fully concentrated. Chatting is strictly prohibited. Cooperate with each other. Operators must not operate when they are agitated or tired to avoid accidents and ensure operational safety. All employees should check whether their uniforms meet the job requirements before entering their posts. Slippers, high heels and clothing that may affect safety are not allowed. People with long hair must wear safety helmets.

3. When changing the die, first turn off the power. Only after the moving part of the press stops running can the installation and debugging of the die begin. After the installation and adjustment are completed, manually move the flywheel for a test punch twice to check if the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, if the screws are tight, and if the blank holder is in a reasonable position.
4. The power must be turned on and the machinery started only after all other personnel have left the mechanical working area and removed any debris from the workbench.
5. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands into the working area of the slider. It is also forbidden to take or place workpieces by hand. When taking out or placing workpieces in the die, tools that meet the standards must be used. If any abnormal sound or malfunction of the machinery is detected, the power switch should be turned off immediately for inspection. After the machinery is started, only one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machinery. Others are not allowed to press the power switch or step on the foot switch board. It is strictly forbidden to put hands into the working area of the machinery or touch the moving parts of the machinery with hands.
6. When leaving work, one should turn off the power supply and tidy up the finished products, scraps and sundries on the post to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
