Surface strengthening treatment: Surface strengthening treatment is carried out on the main forming components of mold accessory parts, such as carburizing and quenching, nitriding, and high-frequency induction heating quenching, to enhance the surface wear resistance of mold parts, thereby extending the service life of the mold and improving the quality of the products.
4. Precision assembly
Strict assembly standards: During the mold assembly process, assembly must be carried out strictly in accordance with assembly standards and process requirements to ensure the fit accuracy and positional accuracy between each component.
Positioning accuracy: To maintain the dimensional accuracy of the moving and fixed model cavities on the parting surface, in addition to setting the center of the guide pins and guide sleeves commonly used in conventional molds, it is also necessary to install positioning pairs such as conical positioning pins or wedge-shaped blocks to ensure accurate and reliable positioning accuracy.

Three-coordinate measurement: High-precision measuring equipment such as three-coordinate measuring machines are used to inspect the dimensional accuracy of mold parts to ensure that the quality of mold parts meets the design requirements. During the detection process, attention should be paid to influencing factors such as temperature compensation to improve measurement accuracy.
Data comparison and analysis: Compare and analyze the measured data with the theoretical data to promptly identify and correct deviations. Non-conforming products need to be reworked or scrapped to ensure the overall quality of the mold parts.
6. Correct usage and maintenance
Standardized operation: During the use of mold accessory parts, standardized operation is required to avoid mold damage or precision reduction caused by improper operation.
Regular maintenance: Regularly maintain and service the mold accessory parts, such as adding lubricating oil and cleaning the mold surface. At the same time, planned protective maintenance should be carried out on the mold. Through data processing during the maintenance process, potential problems that may occur in the mold during production can be prevented.
